Opposite
Dakar, the archipelago of La Madeleine constitutes a
protected marine park of 1100 acres.
The rocky
nature of the archipelago, as well as the inaccessibility
of some of its islands, have favored the development of
numerous colonies of aquatic birds that you will be able
to find only in this area.
A few miles
from Dakar, La Madeleine is a naturally protected haven
for birds.
